Year review

EBITDA for the segment at 31 December 2023 came to € 9.9 million, down by €3.3 million with respect to the previous year. This change is due to SIMAM (-€ 3.1 million) due to lower construction and water treatment business with respect to the previous year and to TWS (-€ 0.4 million) due to the reduction in the construction and project management margin due to postponing of work orders.

The average workforce at 31 December 2023 stood at 478 and was up compared to 31 December 2022 (456 employees). The change is mainly attributable to SIMAM (+23 employees).
